Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of 360 Sport News (360sportnews.com) and everything we publish on it (“the service”, “we”, “us” or “our”). 360SportNews is an independent global sports-news website. By using the site you agree to these Terms; if you do not, please do not use the service. They are written in plain English, but form a binding agreement between you and the publisher of 360SportNews.

About 360 Sport News

360SportNews is an independent global sports-news publication. We report and comment on sport across multiple sports — publishing news, analysis, opinion, explainers and features, alongside live scores, statistics, fixtures and standings drawn from third-party data providers. The service may also include a free email newsletter, display advertising, affiliate links, clearly labelled sponsored content, and reader comments or submissions where enabled. Everything we publish is general sports information for a worldwide audience. We may change, add, suspend or remove any part of the service at any time, and are not obliged to keep any particular content available.

Intellectual Property

The content we create — our articles, analysis, editing, design, graphics, logos and the overall look and feel of 360SportNews — is owned by the publisher or its contributors and protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. All rights are reserved unless we say otherwise.

Licence to us

You keep ownership of what you submit. By making a submission, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, edit, publish, display and distribute it in connection with the service and its promotion, in any media — so we can show your comment or feature a tip without asking again.

Moderation

We do not pre-screen every submission and are not responsible for users’ views, which are their own. We may, but need not, monitor, edit, refuse or remove any submission at our discretion — in particular anything that breaches these rules — and we may close comments or restrict participation at any time.

No Warranty / Accuracy of Information

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

This matters most for live sports data. Scores, statistics, fixtures, line-ups and standings are supplied and updated by third-party providers and automated tools, for general information only. Such data can be delayed, incomplete or wrong — for example during fast-moving live events, or when an upstream provider is itself incorrect — and we do not guarantee its real-time accuracy. For anything that matters to you, please verify it with the official source for the relevant competition, club or event before relying on it.

Articles likewise reflect the position at the time of writing and may be updated or overtaken by events. We need not keep any information current, though we correct significant errors when we become aware of them.

Not Betting or Financial Advice

360SportNews is informational. Nothing on the site is betting, gambling, investment, tax, legal or financial advice, a tip, or a recommendation to place any wager or make any financial decision, and nothing on it should be relied upon as such.

Any decision to gamble, bet or stake money is entirely your own personal choice and responsibility. If you choose to gamble, please do so responsibly, only with money you can afford to lose, and in line with your local laws; gambling may not be legal where you live, and age restrictions apply.
